Le 10 novembre a été bouclée la première émission de dette à long terme du mois. Les investisseurs étaient au rendez-vous et ont largement sursouscrit les offres de l’Agence France-Trésor, avec des niveaux toujours plus bas : 1,18% pour les emprunts à 10 ans, 1,81% et 1,99% pour les taux à 15 et 25 ans.
