La baisse des taux à long terme s’est accélérée au mois de février et ils ont retrouvé leur niveau le plus bas depuis avril 2015. C’est d’abord le signe que les marchés considèrent la  France comme l’un des pays les plus solvables au monde. L’écart avec l’Allemagne reste compris suivant les jours entre 30 et 40 points de base. Politics and energy policies

During a long period of time, energy policies were following economic or strategic considerations : to exploit natural resources the best possible way for those which had them, to guarantee supply security, to support the development of industrial sectors bringing a relative independence accompanied with job creations and exports which resulted from them.
